I’m trying to make it a little easier for those of you who would like to get lucky regularly.
The links you see in the right-hand column are for feed readers. I know that many of you know what those are already. In fact, I know that some of you have already subscribed to my feed. But, for those of you who don’t know what or why or how, let me try to explain.
A feed reader will simply keep an eye on my blog (or any other source you tell it to) for new content, and let you know when something new has been posted. It’s an effective alternative to just checking in every now and again. And you can use it to pull content from any site that has an RSS feed available. There are LOTS of feed readers out there — each with a different set of features and benefits. Most all of them are free and web-based. Any of the ones I’ve provided links to would work fine.
I’ve also included a link for an email subscription. This is available through FeedBurner, another free service. I use FeedBurner to make my feed more widely available, but I’ve never used or offered the email subscription. So, if you do choose to subscribe that way, I’d be interested to know how it works.
In the meantime, please consider subscribing using one of the links at right, and if you don’t see one for your preferred reader there, let me know and I’ll add it.
Thanks to you all for reading.
